Partnership with Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary

(NEWARK, Ohio)— Ohio First Lady Fran DeWine spoke at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (F.O.E.) Auxiliary State Conference to celebrate the year-long partnership between the F.O.E. Auxiliary and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio.

The F.O.E. Auxiliary raised $83,465 to support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio. Of this, $58,465 was raised through internal fundraising, and $25,000 was received through internal F.O.E. Auxiliary grants. First Lady DeWine accepted the donation on behalf of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio from Madame State President Kathy Jennings, and Tracy Dugan, Campaign Coordinator.

Last June, the F.O.E. Auxiliary selected Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio as the statewide nonprofit to support for the annual fundraising campaign. Each F.O.E Auxiliary club held individual events to fundraise for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio throughout 2024-2025.

Thanks to continued support from the Ohio General Assembly, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio pays for one-half (50%) of each book mailed in all 88 counties each month. The other one-half (50%) is covered by a Local Program Partner – a nonprofit organization – which serves as the local program advocate and raises money to cover the local match. Funding from the F.O.E Auxiliary will support Ohio’s Local Program Partners.
